DUTy – Educational Guidance and Consultation
The sub-project DUTy (Digital University Teaching Literacy) is aimed at qualifying teachers and student tutors for digital (or hybrid) teaching.
With increasing use of digital technologies, the ability to teach digitally (or hybrid) is becoming an integral skill at universities, regardless of subject. Digital university teaching literacy refers to the fundamental ability of teachers to design their teaching with digital technologies in such a way that the intended educational and learning goals are achieved.
DUTy consultation services
The DUTy team offers advice to teachers and student tutors in the Data Literacy Teaching Lab, from the submission of the project proposal to project follow-up.
The DUTy team offers advice on the opportunities and limitations of different teaching formats and teaching activities, as well as on the mode of implementation (digitality). We help with the search for suitable further educational courses and self-learning materials, train student tutors, and provide support for the teaching lab projects in the form of programs for exchange and reflection.
